Lava Lamp serves the United States market. We ship only to U.S. addresses, and standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders.

Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. After dispatch, estimated carrier transit time is 4-6 business days. Carrier disruptions, weather, peak periods, address issues, or events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

Tracking information is provided when available using the contact information supplied at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate U.S. delivery address. Contact us quickly if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins.

If tracking shows a delivery problem, or if an order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or missing items, contact Support@lavalaoz.shop or 6179351461. We will review the issue and resolve it under the Refund Policy where applicable.

Free standard outbound shipping does not reduce the 30-day no-reason return right. For approved returns and exchanges, Lava Lamp also pays return shipping.
